Getting involved in the daily life of our school
At Freshford Primary School we welcome and encourage parents, carers, friends and members of the wider community to participate in the everyday life of the school.
Volunteers regularly work alongside our staff, offering a wide range of interests, passions and talents and providing diverse opportunities to enrich our children’s lives.
We also welcome work experience students and those who have an interest in education or are considering teacher or teaching assistant training.
Please contact us or come and see us if you feel you would like to join our community.
Child Safeguarding
As part of our Safeguarding arrangements we ask that all volunteers complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) form in order that the appropriate police checks may be carried out before you commence volunteering.
